The formulating PVC products

Before PVC made into product,it has combined with a range of special additives the essential additives for all PVC material are stabilisers and lubricants.In case of flexible of flexible PVC,plasticisers are also incorpoated.

Other additives maybe used include fillers processing aids.Impact modifiers and pigments properties,light and thermal stability,clartity and electrical properties of product.

PVC Additives Formula Key Functions:

1.Develop Plasticizer.Material develop plasticizer at low temperatures.Become better quality .

2.Increase strength.With strengthen effect,Thoughness increased by more than 10%.Base on not change tensile strenght.

3.Dispersed flow.The filling of various additives in the formula system is fully dispersed, the flow effect improved.Product quality and production are more stable.

Speed up melting of raw materials and improve unit output. Reduce gel time and maintain normal torque.
