MY-P is a new type process aid. Main function is to promote plasticization, improve dispersion and fluidity,
Improve product strength and surface gloss effect. In production application, we can completely replace the original ACR processing aid in formula.
Increased dosage of calcium carbonate, Reduced the production cost.
Different from the traditional ACR, it does not contain acrylate substances at all.
The composite mainly include ethylene butene copolymer, inorganic coupling agent and nano calcium carbonate.
The organic combination of three materials 1. Ensures plasticizer, 2. Takes into account the dispersion of filling system 3.improve surface quality.
Because our melting temperature is lower than PVC resin.Our material have excellent compatibility with PVC.
During the processing, it can accelerate the melting rate, shorten the gel time and make the melt uniformity better.
At the same time, it can also bond PVC resin with other raw materials compatible with each other, so as to improve the internal friction and shear temperature and avoid material slip, so as to disperse more evenly and the temperature is more uniform. Finally, the processing process is smoother and the product performance and surface quality are better.
